Our light commercial services include metal framing, drywall, painting, and ACT drop ceilings. Joshua leads Tradesman Drywall as General Manager, overseeing the whole company’s operations, profitability, and overall project performance. He focuses on keeping work moving smoothly and providing support and resources to the team. With a strong background as a drywall hanger, finisher, and project manager, Joshua understands the work from the ground up. He is also responsible for setting and maintaining the company’s culture—rooted in clear communication, professional service, and quality work—while guiding its growth. Joshua works closely with employees and new hires to help them build fulfilling careers at Tradesman Drywall. His leadership is centered on being good for people—empowering his team to succeed and creating an environment where great work and strong relationships thrive.

Caleb

Sales Manager

Caleb leads Tradesman Drywall’s sales efforts, overseeing a team that includes both a sales consultant and an estimator. He focuses on building strong, lasting partnerships with homeowners and residential and commercial contractors while driving lead generation and strategic growth. With a background in estimating and project management, Caleb bridges the gap between sales and operations—ensuring clear communication, accurate proposals, and a seamless journey from lead intake to project start. His goal is to be your go-to drywall expert and deliver a solution every time.

Christian

Project Manager

Christian is a Project Manager at Tradesman Drywall, responsible for the day-to-day operation of projects and field employees. He helps plan and oversee drywall projects from start to finish, making sure each one is completed with quality and on time. With a background as a drywall finisher and repair specialist, Christian brings hands-on expertise to every project. He works closely with the team to solve problems quickly, keep projects on track, and ensure our customers have a smooth and positive experience.

Becky

Operations Manager

Becky manages the administrative side of daily operations, making sure projects run smoothly and meet customer expectations. She upholds Tradesman Drywall’s commitment to clear communication, professional service, and quality work on every job. Becky also oversees material purchasing and keeps project costs accurate and up to date. As the other half of the project management team, she provides essential support to the Project Manager and field operations. With years of experience in the construction industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge and steady support to the team—helping ensure every project is set up for success.
